<p>Processing is carried out on the basis of: a contract to which the data subject is a party (152-FZ, Art. 6(1)(5)); the data subject's consent (152-FZ, Art. 6(1)(1)), expressed by checking the relevant box in the site's forms.</p>
<h2>5. Disclosure to Third Parties</h2>
<p>Data is disclosed to third parties only to the extent necessary to fulfil an order:</p>
<ul>
<li>delivery services (CDEK, Russian Post, other carriers &mdash; depending on the shipping method chosen);</li>
<li>for international shipments &mdash; foreign postal and courier services (cross-border transfer limited to what delivery requires: name, address, phone number);</li>
<li>payment is processed through the acquiring bank's secure services; the operator does not receive or store full bank card details.</li>

<p>The site uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics service (Yandex LLC), including Webvisor; the data collected is anonymised and used to analyse site performance. By continuing to use the site, the user consents to the use of cookies; cookies can be disabled in the browser settings.</p>
<h2>6. Retention Period</h2>
<p>Data is processed until the purposes of processing are achieved: order data &mdash; for the periods set by accounting and consumer-protection legislation; inquiry data &mdash; until the inquiry is resolved; account data &mdash; until deleted at the user's request. Once the purposes are achieved, the data is deleted or anonymised.</p>
<h2>7. Data Subject Rights</h2>
<p>The user has the right to: obtain information about the processing of their data; request correction, blocking, or deletion of data; withdraw consent to processing. To exercise these rights, send a request to tbeacon@tbeacon.org. The operator responds within the time limits set by 152-FZ.</p>
<h2>8. Protection Measures</h2>
<p>The operator takes the necessary legal, organisational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction, including transmitting data over a secure HTTPS connection and restricting access to data.</p>
